Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Scaling
Move off fragile legacy systems onto infrastructure that's secure by default and architected for where the business is headed, not just where it is today.
What’s included
Two closely-related pieces of work, often done together: moving off fragile or ageing infrastructure onto something secure and reliable, and architecting that infrastructure so growth (more staff, more transaction volume, new locations) doesn’t force an expensive rebuild in twelve months.
Our process
- Assessment. We map what you’re running today, what depends on what, and where the current setup will hit a ceiling as the business grows.
- Plan. A sequenced migration and/or scaling plan that protects uptime. Critical systems don’t move first, and nothing changes without a tested rollback path.
- Execute. We work in stages, validating each change before the next, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Harden and future-proof. Once you’re on the new infrastructure, we lock down access, encryption, and backups as standard, and design in headroom for the growth you’re actually planning for.
What we consider
Data residency and privacy obligations, cost at your actual scale (not the vendor’s preferred scale), redundancy for anything business-critical, where the system will break first under load, and whether the environment will still make sense in two years, not just on migration day.
Who this is for
Businesses running on ageing on-premises servers, businesses that inherited infrastructure from a previous provider they’ve since outgrown, and businesses planning a defined growth event (new offices, a new product line, a larger transaction volume) who want the architecture decided deliberately instead of accumulating by accident.
What you get
A migrated, documented, properly secured environment, and an architecture plan matched to your actual growth trajectory, so the next stage of growth doesn’t mean starting over again.
