AI Readiness & Implementation

A clear-eyed look at where AI tools can actually help your business, implemented securely, not bolted on without a plan.

What’s included

An honest assessment of where AI tools could genuinely save your team time or improve client work, and where they’d just add risk for no real benefit, followed by secure, properly-governed implementation of the tools that make the cut.

Our process

  1. Readiness assessment. We look at your current workflows, data, and systems to find where AI tools would have a real, measurable impact, and flag where it’s not worth the risk or cost yet.
  2. Data and security review. Before any tool touches client data, we check what it does with that data, where it’s processed and stored, and whether that’s acceptable for your obligations, especially if you handle client financial information.
  3. Pilot and implementation. We roll out chosen tools in a scoped pilot first, not a business-wide switch overnight, so problems surface small and get fixed before they’re everywhere.
  4. Team training. Tools are only as good as the people using them: we train your team on what the tool should and shouldn’t be trusted with, and how to spot when it’s wrong.

What we consider

Whether a task actually benefits from AI or just feels modern, what happens to any client or business data a tool touches, vendor lock-in and exit costs, and whether the team will realistically keep using it in six months, not just in the first excited week.

Who this is for

Businesses curious about AI but wary of hype, businesses that have tried a tool and had it fizzle out from poor rollout, and businesses in regulated or client-data-sensitive industries who need AI adoption to hold up to the same scrutiny as everything else they do.

What you get

A plain-English readiness assessment, a shortlist of tools actually worth trying (or an honest “not yet” if that’s the truth), a properly governed pilot, and a team that knows how to use what you’ve implemented, not just a login they were handed and left to figure out.
